Enjoy your activity break in central part of Balaton Uplands National Park and relax in a 4* wellness Hotel of Tapolca. The small town famous for its caves and streams, situated in the surroundings (~ 10 km away ) of Lake Balaton, the largest lake of Central Europe.
The hotel serves as excellent starting point for cycling tours. From here you can easily reach the central parts of Balaton Uplands National Park: Tapolca Basin, Káli Basin and the Keszthely Mountains. You can explore the Wine Route in the Valley of extinct Volcanoes, visit the press houses and wine cellars and taste the famous local wines. You have the ability to visit the Baroque Festetics Palace in Keszhely and the ruins of historical castles Szigliget, Csobánc and Hegyesd. Cycling on the western shore of Balaton, you will find numerous strands, where you can swim in the freshwater of lake in the summer months. Returning back to Tapolca you can still relax in your hotel
